The Allegheny County Board of Assessment Appeals and Review deadline to file is April 1st so time is very limited. Failure to file an appeal will result in higher tax bills at the city, county, local and school district levels.

  • Attorney attendance at your hearing

  • A letter confirming the results of the hearing (when they are made available)

  • No additional or hidden costs or fees

  • You do not need to attend the hearing – we handle all aspects of your appeal

  • Note: Our fee does not include an appraisal. If you would like to have an appraisal of your property prepared we can schedule one with a licensed appraiser for the fee of $300 or you may use your own appraiser.
